FOR MY GREAT AND LOVEABLE FRIEND

We meet upon the internet
My heart you did not have yet
That day, I know you quite well, and you also know me
A special friendship of trust, care and honesty

I sit and wait each day
For the song my heart will soon play
It seems so silly on just a machine
How someone can teach you…became your everything
I
Go through life would be so sad and blue
Imagine what life without that special you
To be my friend and see so deep
I now know why I don’t get much sleep

I know we live so far away
Through the internet we are like castaways
One day I am sure will meet my good friend
But for now I say to you “ciao” and much “care” I’ll send
